Mid-Year Meeting Proceedings

The AZA Ungulate TAGs convene annually in the spring in a productive working-meeting format, typically as part of the AZA Mid-Year Meeting. During these open sessions, the TAGs review ongoing ungulate management and conservation initiatives, develop and implement new projects to enhance ungulate sustainability, and encourage innovation in the field of ungulate management, both in zoos and in the wild. With an emphasis on cooperation, the seven ungulate TAGs pool our combined resources to make measureable outcomes for all seven taxa while minimizing repeated efforts.

Below are links to the yearly meetings, with PDFs of the presentations given at each. Please note that not all talks are available, due to the sensitive nature of some topics and/or the inclusion of unpublished data.
